Local data
PicoRunner stores your app library, launch settings, and managed downloads on your Mac. Imported folders stay in their original locations. Deleting a managed app can also delete its local app data; the app asks you to confirm the affected folder.
Network connections
The app requests the shared catalog from picorunner.com and checks its release feed for updates. Installing apps downloads code and dependencies from their source hosts and package registries. These services receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address.
Optional AI assistance
If you connect an AI provider and request help, relevant diagnostic and project context may be sent to that provider. Its privacy terms apply. Review the proposed repair before approving changes.
Independent apps
Apps you install can make their own network connections and store data in their own formats. Read each app's documentation and privacy information before entering sensitive data.
This website
This site and its catalog are hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub processes requests under its own privacy terms. The site does not require a PicoRunner account.
