What Tela does
Design once, export to every format.

Before you install
- PicoRunner on an Apple Silicon Mac; tested with 0.3.14 on macOS 26.6.2.
- Internet access for initial source and dependency download.
- Explicitly use Save version, then return to Files, before stopping. An initial unsaved edit/export reopened blank after restart; the explicit-save retry retained its content.
- Core editing needs no account or backend; AI Assist requires a separately configured endpoint.
- Designs and settings use browser storage; keep the same browser profile and local address and export backups.
- Upstream describes this as a showcase with no roadmap commitment.
- Native discovery runs the development server; the proposed production manifest and managed updates were not tested through PicoRunner.
- PicoRunner modified package-lock.json during native installation; no manual source patch was applied.

Source and compatibility evidence
Runtime verified
We tested this app with PicoRunner 0.3.14 on macOS 26.6.2 (25G83), Apple Silicon arm64.
Last checked 2026-10-16.
- source: Pinned root package declares tela, dev: vite; packageManager is absent (null). Exact package and license bytes match the runtime archive.
- source: Pinned license text identifies MIT.
- install: Canonical import completed in 22 seconds at attempt zero without manual source patches. Installer changed package-lock.json.
- launch: PicoRunner selected the root dev script (vite) on its assigned local port; this is native discovery, not the proposed production manifest.
- health: Installer readiness checks completed and the browser UI was reachable and reloaded during restart checks. Process-level socket ownership was not independently established in every case.
- smoke: Created canvas, edited text, bolded and centered it; exported SVG containing expected text.
- restart: Initial edit/export then Stop/Start retained library filename but reopened blank canvas. Repeated with explicit Save version and returning to Files: reload and second Stop/Start retained PicoRunner saved canvas check text and one saved version.
- cleanup: stopped via PicoRunner; test file and managed source retained. No uninstall or synthetic-data deletion is claimed. The linked batch report records the unrelated-app control incident and unexplained existing-port change.
